Pietra di Pinot Grigio Blush DOC Venezie
Grapes are subjected to a soft pressing and then to a cold maceration with the skins around 8° C to obtain the colour and aromaticity, follows fermentation of the must at a temperature of 17 ° - 18 ° C. The wine sits on the deposit at about 12 ° - 13 ° until spring to obtain a softer and more complex structure.
Copper colour characteristic of the Pinot Grigio grape. Complex, fresh and rich bouquet with floral scents of orange blossom, daisy and white wisteria which evolves into notes of ripe apricot, pear, white melon and yellow peach. Ending with sweet, well-balanced and fresh citrusy taste.
Excellent with fish dishes, shellfish appetizers, risotto and vegetable pies.
