PINOT BLANC CHASSEUR DE LUNE BESTHEIM
Produced from one of the four noble Alsatian grape varieties, it is one of the most famous wines of Alsace. This wine is produced from a qualitative selection of grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a ageing on lees for more than 6 months without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grape variety.
Tasting Notes:
Pale gold
Expressive and fruity nose, with floral and white fruit notes.
Round, balanced and delicate, it combines freshness and suppleness. This makes it a very pleasant wine to taste.
Food Wine pairings:
It will be perfect with terrines, tartes flambées, pies and white meats. Try it with a Caesar salad!
