Pinot Blanc Organic 2021

Grapes raised through organic agriculture.

Coming from our hillside vineyards on the famous geological fault of Ribeauvillé. Our organic vine growers respect the schedule of conditions of organic farming certified by ECOCERT : no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used and the whole vineyards are under grass. This method meant maintaining ecosystem’s natural balance. Lower yields contribute also to richness and complexity of our wines. Grapes are fully hand harvested.

The nose is slightly smoked, it is especially the yellow fruit notes, such as Mirabelle, which predominate. Generous and structured in mouth, it offers a beautiful complexity with a long and persistent ending.

Enjoy this Pinot Blanc with fish, poulty, pies, turnip and goat cheese.

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
