Pinot Gris Collection 2019

The vineyards are located on nice slopes on the famous fault of Ribeauvillé that offers a great variety of terroirs. Grapes are fully hand harvested.

This Pinot Gris shows smoky aromas with dried fruits and fresh apricots. Generous and well-structured in mouth with a spicy ending. Pinot Gris are well known for being able to nicely replace a red wine.

This Pinot Gris will please your palate over a Foie Gras, a cooked fish with butter, white meat as well as wild poultry, Asian dishes and ginger sauce.

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
