Pircher Mirabelle

It is a 100 % fruit brand of Mirabellen. The law says that only the own sugar oft the fruit (in this case the sugar of the Mirabelle) may be used for the fermentation. The alcohol from the fruit brand comes to 100 % from the sugar (fructose) of the fruit.

Because of that to produce a Mirabellen fruit brandy 0,7 lt. we use about 8 kg of fruits. This ensures a constituently high quality and a unique aroma.
