Pirramimma Stock's Hill Cabernet Merlot 2018

The long cool summer was ideal for the early ripening Merlot and the later picked Cabernet Sauvignon, with both parcels delivering distinctive varietal character.

The 2018 Cabernet Merlot displays a bouquet of red cherry, blackberry and violets with hints of spicy oak, on the palate ripe blackcurrant, Mariposa plum, quince and chocolate notes are complemented by hints of pomegranate and subtle toasted oak.

A rich firmly structured wine with fruit, oak and tannins in harmony.

Drink now or until 2020 under right cellaring conditions.
