After 2 years of R&D, thanks to our patented plant-based fat, we have developed a unique plant-based lardons that sizzles upon cooking and offers the closest experience to pork belly. This worldwide innovation led us to win the Unilever Challenge during the Future Food Tech summit 2021.
Besides offering a product with a bluffing taste, our bacon : - is 100% vegan, non GMO, contains only 7 ingredients, including no controversial additives, is source of fibers and has the same level of proteins but 10 less saturated fat compared to pork. Concerning the quality and supply, we signed a major deal with one of the French leaders in food production. Through this partnership, we have almost unlimited production capacity, certified IFS.
