GRAPES: Glera ALCOHOL: 10,5% by vol. ACIDITY: 5,5 G/L SUGAR: 11 G/L COLOR: Pale straw yellow. BOUQUET: Notes of acacia, apples and white peaches. TASTE: Hints of sweetness, balanced by a refreshing acidity.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with appetizers and fish dishes. It’s perfect also with fresh fruit at the end of the meal. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°-8° C
