Our Poppyseed Cake is ready baked for immediate enjoyment without any preparation. The base and sides are made from crumble dough, and the filling is a special "pudding" cooked with milk, squeezed poppyseed, and sugar. The cake is 100% natural, we completely forgo the use of any preservatives, artificial food additives, taste enhancers or any other artificial items.

Due to our patented packaging technology the cake has a shelf life of up to 12 months in ambient temperature, without any chilling or freezing. Therefore the handling, transport and storage of the cake is perfectly easy, and the display possibilities in the shop are much better than for frozen cakes. .
