The process of steaming potatoes

We check and control the varieties, the harvest and the storage of potatoes.
We steam cook the potatoes slices, after which they are freshly processed.
The steamed potato slices are processed, one hour after steaming, through a fast cooling unit, into a fresh potato salad.
We prepare a natural product in a traditional way, like cooking it at home.
We do not use conservation methods in the total potato process.
