About 100 years ago, Johann M. Gabler of Saliter was successful in drying the milk on drying rollers. This was the birth of the production of milk with a long shelf-life. Today we are producing round about 8 million kilograms of powdered milk products per year – naturally with state-of-the-art equipment. Saliter powdered milk-: Saliter non-fat dry milk-: Spray-dried non-fat dry milk made of fine Bavarian milk in 250 g cartons. High quality milk protein as the basis of healthy nutrition. Saliter whole milk powder-: Spray-dried whole milk powder made of fine Bavarian milk in 250g cartons. It can be used in many and diverse ways, e.g. for cooking and baking.
