The mix of hazelnuts and almonds roasted by the factory goes through a conching process with the chocolate before being encased in caramel. The traditionally prepared, stone-ground praline emphasizes its crunchy side whereas the smooth praline releases a subtle blend of flavours. With each season new praline flavours are introduced: crumble, gingerbread, sultana etc
