Precooked Crispy Bacon Bits

Our premium quality precooked Crispy Bacon Bits and Crispy Bacon Lardons are salted, dried, traditionally beechwood smoked, precooked by a Teflon oven and (IQF) packed. The Teflon cooking technique ensures the Bits and Lardons are crunchy, juicy and extremely tasty. Adjusting the cooking temperature and/or cooking time has resulted in the Bits and Lardons being available in different varieties.

We can offer you a tailor made product, based on your cooking grade (yield), packaging and (private) labelling requirements. We can also offer standardised yield and packaging, in addition to our tailor made products:

Fully cooked

Ready to eat, extremely crunchy and juicy Crispy Bacon Bits / Crispy Bacon Lardons are perfect for ready meals, salads, soups, spreads, or to be used as a topping. Private labelled in retail, foodservice or industrial packaging, fresh or IQF Frozen.

Medium cooked

The crunchy and juicy medium cooked Crispy Bacon Bits / Crispy Bacon Lardons are ready to eat, but can be reheated too and are perfect for ready meals, soups, spreads, as a topping or in a bake-off product (pizza, bread, omelette). Private labelled in retail, foodservice or industrial packaging, fresh or IQF Frozen.
