STEINEX original product. Harsh grinded type of the sausage with 98% meat-content, On the cut the product has the meat pink colour with golden-brown surface. Its taste and the smell evokes pleasant fresh smoking and used spices. This product is reccomended for use on grill but also for heating in the water or steam.
