Due to a professional preparation technique, taste and structure are preserved. Cooked fillets are pre-eminently suitable as a meal component because they can be processed right away. The products are cooked in the Fishmasters kitchen to a core temperature of 80ºC. These ‘ready to eat’ products can be made ready to serve in the kitchen by contact heating or hot air.
