Our jams, marmalades and curds are made using a unique process, gently cooked in special pans to preserve the integrity of the fruit to deliver maximum flavour. We can also produce soft set jams. All our preserves are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Packed in glass in a variety of weights.  Gluten Free.
