A broad range of high quality jams and marmalades are provided under the La Vieja Fabrica brand which, thanks to a recipe that dates back over 170 years, a traditional production process and the use of the best raw materials, brings out the original taste, smell, colour and texture of the various fruits that are used. The range includes well-known tastes such as bitter orange, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and peach, as well as more exotic tastes such as tropical and pineapple preserves. In order to meet the specific needs and desires of each consumer, La Vieja Fabrica also provides a line of diet jams and marmalades; these products are sweetened only with fructose (fruit sugar) and do not contain any added sugar (common sugar).
