REGIONS: Lujan de Cuyo, Pedriel and Maipu, vineyards 25 years old, hand pick harvest, flood irrigation system.
PRODUCTION
Alcoholic fermentation con selected yeast in Steel tanks 3-4 days at 8-10 celsius of cold macerations (pre fermented)
MACERATION: 16-18 days.
PRESSING: Soft h hydraulics press (basket / cage.)
FERMENTATION: Malolactic in barrics.
AGING: Short term on barrels - 3 month - French oak medium-high toast
TASTING NOTES
Color: Brilliant and clear, color red cherry with purple notes.
Taste: Highly fruity aromas of cherry, raspberry and first season fruits, followed by fresh peppermint and menthol, affirming the elegancy of the wine. The oak gives light smoked, various tobacco, chocolate and spicy, all in perfect harmony.
