Starting from selected EU pork legs, trimmed in our FS, BRC and BIO cutting plants ,
Hams are salted and cured for at least 7 months in our IFS, BRC, BIO and USDA approved facilities.
100% natural: only pork meat and sea salt.
Bone in hams can be supplied with "sugna" the traditional mix of pork fat, rice flour, salt and pepper or washed with warm water.
Ideal for further deboning and processing in charcuterie industries and for reatil deli counter or gift boxes.
