The traditional Pumpernickel bread its bakes over 20 hours and made only of rye, water, salt. We do not use any sweeteners or artificial colours. Its distinctive colour and flavour are achieved through the 20-hour baking process. Our Pumpernickel is a hearty and substantial grain with high protein content. It provides iron, potassium, phosphorous, fluorine, silicic acid, and B vitamins.
