Winter Spritz is a sparkling wine cocktail inspired by the winter cold. Merlot wine is infused with blackcurrants, cinnamon, cardamon, and ginger. Recipe by IBA World Bartender 2018 Karina Tamm. Best served ice cold from champagne or wine glass. Ideal with vegetarians dishes, duck, meat, and desserts. Contains sulphites.
