Pure Vision Organic Rosé

Awards GOLD - 2020 Melbourne International Wine Competition GOLD - South Australia Rosé Winery of the Year Vineyard - The Shiraz for this wine was grown on our certified organic vineyard with 25 year old vines. The healthy soil has been maintained without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilisers or pesticides, a process which releases the natural fruity flavours in the grapes resulting in magnificent wine. 

Winemaking - Our Shiraz grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to retain the delicate Rosé aromas and flavours. Crushed and pressed after four hours on skins for colour development, the juice was then inoculated with an aromatic yeast then we allowed cool fermentation to take place over two weeks before fermentation was stopped by our winemaker at the optimum flavour.

Tasting Notes - Our single-vineyard 2015 organic Shiraz Rosé is bursting with flavours of strawberries, raspberries and ripe apples. This wine offers a smooth and fruit driven palate, cleansing acidity and a dry, savoury finish.
