Description: Straw yellow colour, delicately

intense and pleasant aroma with floral and

fruity notes and hints of apple; harmonious,

pleasantly fresh, full and velvety taste.

Serving Suggestions: Rice dishes and vegetable

soups, also ideal with fish and white meat dishes

and fresh or medium mature cheeses.

Ideal Serving Temperature: 10-12 °C.
