reminiscent of violets; dry and harmonious

taste, with well-adjusted tannins and a hint

of bitterness in the aftertaste.

Serving Suggestions: All courses of the

meal, excellent with roasts and grilled meat,

and medium or mature cheeses.

Ideal Serving Temperature: 18-20 °C.
