Quara Reserva Torrontes

Quara Reserva is the middle range from our winery in Cafayate, Salta (north of Argentina) We pick the grapes from our vineyards located at 1800 m.a.s.l. In this range we look for more fruit concetration than Estate range. We work from the vineyard to the winemaking to achieve more concentration, elegance and a very well integration between fruit and oak. We age 50% of the wine 6 months in American and French oak.
