Quara Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Quara Single Vineyard is the top range from our winery in Cafayate, Salta (north of Argentina) We pick the grapes from old vines (+60 years old) Old vines give naturally low yield but nice and well balance concetration in their grapes. 50% of the wine is barrel fermented and 50% stein steel fermented. Then we age the wine 12 months in American and French oak.
