Quinoa Cocoa Biscuit

Wikana developed a further Fairtrade product - the Quinoa Cocoa Biscuit with Chocolate Pieces. The Quinoa Cocoa Biscuit is a short biscuit baked with the South-American Quinoa grain and a lot of cocoa. Due to the chocolate pieces, the intense cocoa flavour is still increased.

Ingredients like the raw cane sugar, chocolate pieces, cocoa powder, Quinoa and honey are processed according to fix economic, ecological and social standards. The sustainability of this biscuit is strengthened by the combination of Fairtrade and organic ingredients.
