Surrounded by woods and forests, in 16th century the Quinta do Gradil estate was inhabited by partridges, hares, foxes and deer. This range, which express the purity of each grape variety, pays tribute to the biodiversity that surrounds the vineyards and reasserts our commitment to the environment.

GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Alicante Bouschet.

WINEMAKING & AGEING 9 months ageing in Portuguese oak barrels, followed by another 5 months ageing in bottle.

TASTING NOTES Loaded color, typical of this dye variety. Floral aroma, with some notes of Chinese ink and wild berries. In the mouth, impresses by its tannin character, contrasted by the freshness conferred by the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.
