Réserve Château Bouscassé Dry
This cuvée is made from new plots of land located on the hillside of Bouscassé. The young vines are planted on a virgin clay-limestone terroir that has not been used for over 50 years. We emphasize Petit Courbu and Petit Manseng, our two grape varieties from the Pyrenean Piedmont. They have made the reputation of our Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh appellation thanks to their ageing potential. We wish to shape these two native grape varieties into a profile that is accessible in its youth, floral and elegant.
The attack is fresh, supported by a beautiful tension while keeping volume and roundness. Aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers. The finish is long and elegant.
