Radicchio paste
Chioggia’s red Radicchio treated by Orti dei Berici is cultivated in the Po Valley and results in a Fresh, semi-processed product, with an intense colour and flavour.Radicchio paste is heat treated and packed in aseptic bags. The product has to be stored and transporte at chilled temperature.This product is used by food manufactury that produce pasta, sauces, gnocchi, etc.Shelf life is about 3 moths at 0/+4°C or 18 months at -18°C.
