Ramino - KÄSEKAISER 2022

We have been producing for decades the best mascarpone. Through visits to Italy and many years of experimenting with fine mushroom cheese the idea was born to produce a creamy mascarpone with several layers of layers of blue cheese and thus create a new cheese.  

The Ramino has been awarded as "Käsekaiser 2022" and is the best soft-cheese in Austria.
