Raspirossa

Distilled grape pulp. Obtained by distilling the our fermented grape pulp. The grape pulp is not pressed and is sent to the distillery within 12 hours after drawing off the wine. Distillation takes place discontinuously with low-grade columns. The distillate is left to age for a few months before being bottled.
