Rice Choc Bar with Strawberry

Seasonal organic strawberries are slowly dehydrated at a very low temperature, effectively removing the moisture, while maintaining its great taste, odour and colour. Even more importantly: the vitamins, minerals and enzymes remain intact. The strawberry bits are added by hand to the slowly melting chocolate mixture and shaped into Zero Zebra bars.
