Tasting notes

Beneath its pale yellow robe this dry, distinguished and delicately fruity Riesling reveals a bouquet of great finesse, a symphony of mineral and floral notes. Widely acknowledged as one of the world's finest white grape varieties, Riesling is synonymous with gastronomic excellence. The nose is an intense burst of fresh fruity aromas, its zesty lemon and lime notes accented with a hint of grapefruit.

Food-wine pairings

Perfect with fish and shellfish, and of course a traditional Alsatian choucroute, Riesling is also a great match for goat's cheese or snails.
