Rosabrook Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: The classic Margaret River blend. Pale green in colour, with aromas of tropical, guava Sauvignon Blanc and lemongrass, citrus Semillon. The palate is fresh and crisp with a fine tangy finish.

VINTAGE: A wet Spring followed by dry and warm summer made for early ripening and tropical flavours development in Sauvignon Blanc and sweet citrus in Semillon.

VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are dispersed across the Margaret River region and performed well under sometimes challenging conditions.

VINIFICATION: Harvested in early morning, crushed grapes were juice-extracted to a bright condition and cold fermented in stainless steel. Early bottled to retain varietal character.
