This wines has been produced by a cold and short maceration of red traditional grapes from the Valpolicella area.
We are working to get the organic certification , that why now we classify it only "enviromentally " friendly.
It is the resul of a collaboration between Cantina Valpolicella Negrar and the Students of wine school in Verona, thta the reason why "The School in the vineyards".
