"Rosedes"

Almond paste sweets are another classic Greek treat. The islands are famous for making the tastiest “Amygdalota” (Greek for almond paste treats), which they serve to guests at weddings and baptisms. On some islands, the locals call their Amygdalota by the name “Rosedes”. Our “rosedes” are stuffed with honey and walnuts.
