Tasting notes: This so called “table” wine made in off-dry style has a deep, violaceous red colour with scent of warm plum and blackberry fruits.  Medium-bodied with a velvety warmth and soft tannins.

Food Pairing: Ideal with Pizza, hearty pasta dishes and cheeses

Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Grape varieties: 50% Montepulciano; 25% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vinification: in stainless steel tanks

Alcohol: 13 %

Acidity: 5.8 gr/l

Residual sugar: 10 gr/l
