After aging for 3 years in Cuba, our rum was refined in Armagnac and Irouleguy white wine barrels in the heart of the Basque Country.Without added sugar, Bidaia is a very aromatic molasses rum that plays with codes with a unique double finish full of character.

Nose: aromas of white tobacco, touch of honey

Taste: rich flavors of ripe fruit with a velvety texture balanced by the freshness of white wine

Finish: Long and warm on the palate with a persistent presence of tropical fruits and spices
