Rye bread 330g / 9100
Traditional tin shape rye bread made with naturally fermented rye sourdough. 100% of flour used is rye flour. Rich in fibres. Clean Label. Pre-baked, deep-frozen.
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6 seconds in the beginning of baking.
