BO Rye bread with germinated rye grains 350g / 9035
Rye bread made with natural fermented rye sourdough with addition of germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds. Product is made of 100% rye flour. High-fiber product. Does not contain any preservatives. Top surface is covered with sunflower seeds. Product has characteristic rye smell and taste. Germinated rye grains and sunflower seeds give nice flavor. Pre-baked, deep-frozen.
Thaw for 3 hours at room temperature. Bake thawed product at 190-200°C for 8-10 minutes. Add steam for 6-8 seconds in the beginning of baking.
