Klaas Puul has its own salmon smoking hall in Volendam. Here the fish are salted and smoked strictly in the traditional way.The salmon we use are bred in Norway. We use top quality salmon.
After the fresh salmon are filleted, they are salted and smoked. There are neither bones nor smoke or fat layers left in the final product.During the entire production process the quality of the salmon is thoroughly inspected.
