Sanctissimus Pinot Bianco

SANCTISSIMUS 100% PINOT BIANCO RISERVA ALTO ADIGE DOC

The vines planted at the end of the 19th century on an extreme hillside in Missian mark one of the oldest vineyards in South Tyrol. The grape goods, which have been handpicked with the utmost care and painstaking work and the extremely low yield form the valuable basis for our Pinot Blanc Sanctissismus. The grapes are mashed in amphorae with the peels and ferment slowly for a few months. The wine finds its natural balance after a maturing process in a large wooden barrel made of locally grown oak.
