Chiesa sausage has always been produced with Italian meat, slightly spiced, of medium grinding and prepared in natural sausage casing, ideal for the grill and frying pan, we suggest not to punch the casing when cooking, in order to keep the meats of the sausages soft until ready to be eaten.
