Scotch Reserve - Scottish Smoked Salmon infused with Champagne & Orange

St. James Scotch Reserve is made using only natural & Fresh ingredients.

We start with RSPCA Assured Scottish Salmon, hand cure each fillet using sea salt & brown sugar - and traditionally smoke with Oak wood chips. Each pack is then hand finished with Champagne & Orange Zest.
