For a safe feeling The Selenacare Washable Sanitary Pad is an environmentally friendly, sustainable alternative to regular disposable menstrual products. The washable pad is not glued, but inserted into the underpants and simply fixed in place with the integrated press-stud. It fits securely and reliably.

On light and medium days of your period Depending on the model (1, 2, 3, 3+), a single pad can hold up to 25 ml of period blood - ideal for light and medium days. The fluid is trapped and the pad remains comfortable to wear. On heavy days, we recommend an additional Selenacare menstrual cup or tampon.

Rinse, wash and reuse Disposable pads have to be bought again and again. Over time, this can become quite expensive. Selenacare washable pads are easy and uncomplicated to wash. Rinse in cold water after use, then wash at 30° and air dry. We recommend not to use bleach or fabric softener, so that the absorbency is not negatively affected.

The layer that lies against the body transfers moisture into the bandage. The next layer absorbs it so that there is no feeling of wetness while wearing the bandage. This is followed by the breathable and leak-proof protective membrane made of skin-friendly fabric.
