Notes of cream and light caramel make the connection to the basic product and its maturity. The yeast and ammonia, which give the cheeses a rather naughty note, can also be given a decent flavor. The mellow, delicate melting and chubby texture gives substance. Separate crystal inclusions provide additional excitement.
