Sheep´s milk cheese bites with tomato-basil and curry

These wonderful and creamy sheep´s milk cheese balls are made according to original recipes of our home region and placed in their packaging without any oil. The small and piquant pralines are particularly suitable as a fine treat on cheese plates, salads or as an accompaniment to wines. In order to guarantee the quality of the product, these bites are individually coated by hand with their protective topping of tomato-basil and curry - this is how Waldviertler cheese specialties are made!
