Shortening

Shortening is Multipurpose shortening, suitable as dough for bread, biscuit, solid oil and cream as filling.

Shortening was made from palm (vegetable) oils, which contain polyunsaturated fats that can lower the "bad" LDL cholesterol when used instead of saturated fat. We process the shortening using modern techniques and without hydrogenation, which make our Shortening healthier and contain no trans fat.
