Lumpy silica gel cat litter is a non-clumping cat litter which distinguishes itself by maximum productivity and odour control.
Silica gel cat litter is produced out of the raw material silica sand and consists of min. 98% SiO2.

This glass-like gel is broken down into granules and then washed, aged, and dried to produce the highly porous materials.
Silica gel‘s high surface area (around 800 m2/g) allows it to absorb water readily.
